How much is shipping?

Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping destination and the number of items that you purchase. You can get a calculation of your exact shipping charges by adding items to your cart, proceeding to checkout, and entering your mailing address. The shipping cost will automatically update and display in your total costs.

Shipping fees are based also on the size, weight, and number of the packages in an order. Larger products and additional items will incur slight shipping surcharges. Total shipping charges are shown on the checkout page.

Most apparel items are $6.99 for one item shipped domestic and $7.99 for the first item + $1.99 per each additional product to the rest of the world.

How long will it take for the buyer to receive their order?

As usual, our production time is 7-10 business days, our shipping time is 15-24 business days (Count from the day we finish produce). Fast or slow shipping depends on your address, if you are outside the US, shipping time can be 30 days. Once your package has been manufactured and shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email so you can track your parcel.

Can I expedite my order?

We currently do not offer expedited shipping because all of our products are custom made-to-order after each purchase. We are looking into ways to expand our shipping options for you.

Can I deliver to multiple addresses?

We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.

Do you offer delivery to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

Yes, we can send shipments to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.

Orders shipped to APO addresses are done so via DHL or UPS, and then are turned over to USPS for final delivery (through the military mail system). Shipments to APOs can take up to 45 additional days to arrive.

Unfortunately, once the package enters the military mail system, tracking ceases to update for military security reasons. This means that we no longer have visibility of your order and cannot provide tracking information.

Will I be charged VAT taxes?

Items shipping internationally from the US are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and we do not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.

 

Depending on the receiving country, your package may incur local customs or VAT charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding your country's customs policies.

 

Items fulfilled from the UK and EU are charged a 20% VAT rate.

Do you alert us once our order ships?

Yes! An email will be sent to you with the tracking information.

If you haven’t received our email, please check in your spam folder. Sometime mails go to spam folder

Where do I get tracking info?

An email with tracking details will be sent to you as soon as we receive tracking information from the supplier.

Have not received my order yet, now what?

First, check tracking info and see if it was delivered. If it says delivered but never received please allow a few more days. Sometimes products are delivered late by post office or scanned delivered by mistake.

If the tracking info shows "delivered" but you haven't received your parcel, please carefully check around the house and ask the neighbors next door if you have taken it by mistake.

Then call or email us regarding the whereabouts of your order!

Ordering process is simply 4 quick steps:

  2. Enter your billing and shipping information
  3. Select shipping method
  4. Checkout

What should I do if I made a mistake on my order?

Immediately contact us by phone or email and our team will gladly resolve all of your concerns!

In case you order wrongly or order more than you need, or there is a problem with your card being stolen or not recognizing the transaction, please contact us immediately  within 24-48 hours for customer support.

If your order has been placed over 24-48 hours:

1. We will accept your cancel request if your order has not been produced yet

2. We can’t accept your cancel request if:

- Your order is in production

- The tracking number status show “active” or “in transit”

  • For all other requests please email us at support@ibonestore.com. Our customer service team will review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a return address. Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping rates. Please allow 3-5 business days after your return is received for a refund to appear.

How do I apply a coupon code?

Enter your coupon code during checkout when entering your payment information! (Please note that you must hit apply coupon before adding payment)!

How do I change my order?

Email us regarding all changes to an order

Please note we only accept change order requests within 48 hours after you placed your order.

Can I cancel my order?

1. We will accept your cancel request if your order has not been produced yet

2. We can’t accept your cancel request if:

-  Your order is in production

- The tracking number status show “active” or “in transit”

When we receive the goods, we will refund you immediately. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Our refund process will be prepared and processed in 3 to 5 days. Then within 10+ days, you will receive that refund depending on your bank.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

What's the status of my order?

Following a successful order, please expect a confirmation email. You will also receive an update email when your order goes into production. Once your order ships, we will send an email with your tracking information.

The most recent information on your order is always available via the receipt link provided in our email correspondence.

If you did not receive the status update emails, please check your spam folder or promotions tab in case it was redirected there.

What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. For any defective products, please contact us through support@ibonestore.com for better advice. If your item meets one of the following conditions, please contact us as soon as you receive the item

- Design error: wrong design compared to information provided by customers on our site

- Bad quality: blurry image/print

- Damage during shipment

My shirt doesn't fit. What can I do?

You may exchange apparel items, unworn, unused, and unwashed, for a different size within 10 days of the delivery date. We can only accept apparel exchanges for a different size, in the same style and color that was originally ordered. Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping rates. We do not exchange posters, hats, cell phone cases, or other non apparel products. Only one exchange is allowed for each item ordered.

I'm unsatisfied with my product. What can I do?

We are committed to providing you with the absolute best products, and are happy to replace your order for any of the following reasons:

The product is flawed.

The print quality is poor.

The product you received is different from the product originally represented on our site.

 

In case you order wrongly or order more than you need, or there is a problem with your card being stolen or not recognizing the transaction, please contact us within 24-48 hours to receive an immediate refund.

If your order has been placed over 24-48 hours:

 

1. In case you want to cancel part of your order when you order wrongly 2 or more high-value products (over $200), we will refund the value of that product and you still have to pay the delivery cost for the remaining product.

 

2. Once the tracking has shown "active", we cannot cancel the order, please read the return policy carefully.

 

 

Please email us at support@ibonestore.com with a photo of the product you received along with detail shots you wish to include. We will use this information to look into a replacement and prevent future errors. Our customer service team will review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a replacement free of charge.

 

For all other requests please email us at support@ibonestore.com. Our customer service team will review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a return address. Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping rates. Please allow 3-5 business days after your return is received for a refund to appear.

 

Any unauthorized returns, or returns of items that are washed, worn, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or replacement, and the item will be forfeited.

What if my order is defective, wrong size, or incorrect product?

Send us an email with attaching photo(s) and our support team will review your claim. If your claim is approved we will send you a replacement with no cost

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

What should I do in case of late or missing refunds?

Please note our refund process: If your refund is approved, your amount spent will be accepted by our store in 10-20 business days. After this period, the bank will solve this refund and time will be based on the bank.

If after this time you still have not received money, please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Who will be responsible for the shipping fee if I exchange or return an order.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
